Venice Film Festival telah mengumumkan daftar 21 film restorasi—18 film panjang dan tiga film pendek—yang akan ditayangkan di bagian Classics untuk film restorasi.

Bagian ini mulai diperkenalkan pada 2012, berisikan hasil seleksi film klasik yang restorasinya telah selesai dilakukan oleh perpustakaan film, institusi kebudayaan atau perusahaan produksi di seluruh dunia.

Sutradara Giuliano Montaldo akan menduduki kursi juri untuk memberikan penghargaan Venice Classics kategori Best Restored Film (Film Restorasi Terbaik) dan Best Documentary (Dokumenter Terbaik) di bioskop. Venice International Film Festival ini adalah tahun ke 71, akan dilangsungkan mulai 27 Augustus sampai 6 September 2014.
